Thanks to the liquid surface on which we must constantly maintain balance, this sport engages a lot of muscles in our body, including those that have been practically unused so far, which is an excellent general development training. It is also worth mentioning the mental and mental benefits of communing with nature in the bosom of nature. People living in cities will appreciate the opportunity to calm down and the opportunity to break away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Tourist/Touring SUP Boards
As the name suggests, these are tourist boards intended for people who treat sport as a form of relaxation. These boards are slightly more pointed than the All Around boards described above, but they still retain their very good stability.
