KETTLER REGATTA 500 is a water ergometer in which the resistance force is generated by the water placed in the tank. The resistance level depends on your rowing speed and the amount of water in the tank. It can be a maximum of 12 liters. The resistance level depends entirely on the intensity of the training - the faster the strokes, the more resistance is offered by the swirling water in the tank.

Thanks to the high sitting position, you maintain an ergonomic posture throughout the training, and your movements resemble real rowing on the water. The ergonomic grip takes the strain off the wrists, and you can train your strength and endurance.

The KETTLER REGATTA 500 water rowing machine is equipped with a one-piece double aluminum frame that is both light and strong. The Duo Rail frame provides stability and maximum comfort during training for everyone, even people up to 2 m tall.

The advanced KETTLER SMART training computer displays the most important training parameters in real time. Thanks to the built-in Bluetooth module, it enables connection with external devices such as a heart rate belt (Bluetooth connectivity) or the Kinomap training application.

The rowing machine is a versatile training device, it allows you to carry out cardio training and the rowing movement engages over 90% of the muscles of our body. It has a positive effect on the work of the circulatory system. Rowing training is recommended to everyone, regardless of age and condition. It does not cause injuries and injuries.
